19th July ONWARDS:

19th July onwards – Easing of Covid Restrictions.

1. If a client wants the tutor to wear a face-covering, the tutor will need to do so.
2. If a tutor wants a client to wear a face-covering, the client will need to do so.
3. If both are fine without face coverings, or one does, one doesn’t – then that’s fine.

If a client does not comply with a tutor’s wishes with regards to face-coverings, their course could be cancelled and no refund given.

We are giving these options now as we understand people accept various levels of risk. While some are happy to not wear a face-covering, others prefer to be more cautious. If you insist that a tutor wears a face-covering, please let us know when you book with us. Some tutors will continue to wear masks, while others won’t when taking the training.

Our tutors will:

1. Wash their hands before starting each training session and after.

2. Be allowed to use any extra PPE if they so wish.

7. Be equipped with hand sanitisation, either wipes or gel and clean any part of the vehicle they feel is required, such as handles, seat belt buckle etc..

8. Cancel any training if they:

a. Feel unwell
b. Have been in close contact with anyone who has displayed possible Covid-19 symptoms in the last 14 days, or who has tested positive for such.

9. Cancel the session immediately if they feel at risk of possible contamination (such as if the driver persistently coughs). No refund will be given.

We asked that each driver/client:

1. Cancel any training at any time if they:

a. Feel unwell
b. Have been in close contact with anyone who has displayed possible Covid-19 symptoms in the last 14 days, or who has tested positive for such.
