Upon placing an order for an advanced driving course, a member of our team will contact you by either email or phone (whatever you specify) within 3 hours from order, Monday to Friday during the hours of 9 am and 5 pm.

A customer has 14 days from the date of purchase to receive a full refund as long as no course date has been agreed and tutor booked. For example, if a course is purchased on 10 Feb they have up to 24 Feb to get a full refund. Cancellations any later than 14 days will be subject to our terms of business. 

Vouchers – For vouchers, you have 12 months to book the course from the date the voucher was delivered by email.

Booked Courses – Should you wish to rearrange a driving course date, for whatever reason you do need to give 10 days notice. Less than 10 days you will need to pay the full amount or an additional fee to cover 1. Admin expenses, 2. Our tutor’s training fee. To ensure we attract and retain the best tutors, we protect them from alterations of 10 days or less.  Our tutors are freelance, and so we are obliged to pay them for a booked course unless we cancel them with more than 10 days notice. They are in demand and so would have turned away other work for a training slot. If a client wishes to rebook a course, we will have to pay our tutor again for their time.

For example, if you have a course booked for 9th February, you will need to let us know by 30th January at the latest.

Essentially if a client cancels a date with less than 10 days notice, but still wants to rebook, we have to pay a tutor for the original session, and also once again when they conduct the new session. 

Cancellation Cover – Should you wish, you can opt to buy cancellation cover. This means you can cancel in full or alter a course date, right up to the agreed course start time. This cancellation cover allows a customer to cancel a course once and get a full refund, or reschedule a course, regardless of duration or sessions booked, up to 4 times per customer in a 12-month period.

– Pre-court cancellation cover For customers booking one of our “pre-court” driving courses. Should your court date take place before the booked driving course and we have issued you with a letter to confirm such, we will need to see proof that you have been banned if you wish to be refunded. This is to stop people from booking a course and taking out cover with no intention of doing the course.
