A motorhome offers a fantastic way to explore and experience the world on your own terms. However, when compared to a car, they are much larger and can be a real challenge to drive. Unless you have experience handling bigger vehicles, taking the wheel of a motorhome can be intimidating, even for the most confident drivers.
This is why we have created a bespoke motorhome driving course designed to help you enjoy driving your motorhome.
Our motorhome driver training is perfect for:
1. New Owners – Those who have recently purchased a motorhome, campervan, converted van, or similar vehicle and are concerned about driving it.
2. Refresher Training – Those who already drive a motorhome but need a refresher, especially if they have not driven for a long while or are advancing in years.
3. Illness – Those who already own a motorhome but have a family member who, for the first time, will also need to drive their motorhome. This is often the case when the main driver is unable to drive for any reason, and a family member (wife or husband) needs to take over.

All training takes place in your own motorhome.
Our motorhome driver training is very similar to our van driver training. The key difference is mainly motorhome clients have very little or no driving experience in large vehicles. So we can cater to the most nervous drivers and provide a course that goes at your pace, no matter your experience or level of fear.
All of our training is conducted by expert DVSA (Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency) registered advanced driving instructors, each with extensive experience in training full licence holders. Over the years, we’ve successfully trained thousands of private and business drivers across the UK, helping them enhance their driving skills and ensure greater road safety.
The elements you learn in our motorhome driving course are also transferable to your car driving. It’s a great opportunity to refresh your driving skills and identify and work on any at-risk habits you may have.
Full UK Coverage:
With full UK coverage, we bring our training directly to you, allowing you to learn in your own motorhome. There is no need to drive miles to a training centre for an ‘off-the-peg’ course. Our team consists of over 250 highly experienced driver trainers, ensuring top-quality instruction. If you’re picking up a new vehicle, we can even meet you at a motorhome dealership to provide immediate training.
We understand that some clients may want to focus on specific points, such as reversing their motorhome into a tight space on their driveway or navigating rural roads they find intimidating. Thanks to the bespoke nature of our courses, we can tailor our training to address these unique needs, helping you build confidence and master the precise skills you need.
Durations:
We offer 3.5-hour and 7-hour sessions, which can be split between two drivers if needed. We can also offer 2 x 3.5-hour sessions for drivers who need more than a 3.5-hour session but feel a 7-hour session is too long.
